The works comprised of Internal and external alterations to the building as required for M&E and for the upgrading of the East elevation. Additional new loading bay complete with surrounds roofing and roller shutter:
Overview
Concrete Repair works to the east elevation and High-level Ring beams.
Replacement of Curtain walling to existing workshop
Window and door replacements to the full east elevation including pedestrian and loading bay roller shutter.
Full over clad to the east elevation as per the Wilson Paul associates drawings along with the contractor’s design portion by our sub-contractor.
Newly formed loading area consisting of concrete foundations, structural steel, structural framed steel, roofing, internal boarding and cladding as per Wilson Paul and Morgan Associates drawings.
The design and install of free standing and façade fixed louvres.
Full strip out and installation of mechanical services to the high-level plant room and partial works within the basement.
Full strip out and installation of electrical services to the high-level plant room and basement.
Internal building works including precast concrete to allow access through bison slabbed floors for mechanical alterations.
Fire proofing in association with building alterations.
Structural penetrations through nominated walls.
